What we focus on
Branch Point Distillery is a small independent distillery in the heart of Oregon wine country, created from an idea to showcase authentic grain to glass whiskey. We began distilling in 2016, creating original whiskey mash bills utilizing locally-grown grains. An important part of our process is to support local farmers and agriculture. The vast majority of our grain is grown locally and purchased directly from the families which farm them. After distillation, the spent grain is given to farmers as a nutritious supplement to their animal feed.
All of our whiskeys start "from scratch". It begins with a delivery from local farmers, from there we use traditional methods of production such as distillers’ malt, pot stills, low barrel-entry strengths, and non-chill filtration to create authentic and flavorful whiskeys.
