This single barrel is a version of our Single Pot Still Oregon Whiskey that was made from locally grown barley, chocolate malt, and distillers’ malt. Aged in a #2 char barrel for 5 years and 9 months. A perfect whiskey to have with (or as) dessert.

This is a rich whiskey with notes of chocolate orange on the nose, followed by mocha, toffee and apricot with a lingering finish.

Proof - 92 proof or 46% ABV

Mash - Original mash bill including 100% barley (locally grown unmalted, crystal malt, chocolate malt, and distiller’s malt.)

Distillation - Double pot distilled

Maturation - 5 years 9 months in #2 new charred American Oak barrels
