This single barrel of our wheat whiskey was created on a whim using an ale yeast strain rather than the bourbon yeast strain we typically use.

  • Locally grown soft white winter wheat; crystal malt and distillers’ malt. Ale yeast. Aged 5+ years in new American Oak barrels, #2 char.

    92 Proof

  • Mandarin, creamy malt, praline and cardamom

  • Proof - 92 proof or 46% ABV

    Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown soft white winter wheat, crystal malt and distillers’ malt.

    Yeast - Ale yeast

    Distillation - Double pot distilled

    Maturation - 5+ years in new charred American Oak barrels

    Non-chill filtered

    Natural color

    No additives or flavorings
