A version of our TRIT Straight whiskey created from locally grown triticale and finished in an ex-Cognac, French oak cask.

On the nose, you’ll find honeyed butter and a hint of cognac, followed on the palate by toasted marshmallow and orange marmalade, extending to a finish of toasted oak.

Proof - 94 proof or 48% ABV
Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown triticale, triticale malt, triticale caramel malt, rye malt and distiller’s malt.
Distillation - Double pot distilled
Maturation - 7 1/2 years, spending 5 years in new charred American oak barrels and 2 1/2 years in an ex-Cognac barrel.
