Spirits on the Spirit Cruise
Sample your new favorite spirits on this sunset cruise! A dozen distilleries will be on board to showcase their spirits and cocktail creations. Enjoy locally crafted whiskey, bourbon, vodka, rum, gin, and more. Tickets include a two-hour sunset cruise, 12 sampling tickets and a souvenir tasting cup.

Join us for Happy Hour at the Tasting Room! We're open from 12pm - 8pm, so stop by anytime. Farmer’s Plate and Pantry will be serving up the last pizzas for the season. They’ll be serving pizza and other bites starting at 1pm and going into the evening. Enjoy a handcrafted whiskey or cocktail with us and soak in the beautiful changing season of Fall. Father’s Day Weekend - Whiskey Release
Join us over Father’s Day weekend for our summer whiskey release party. We’ll be releasing our oldest expression of triticale whiskey to date, an 8 year old Bottled in Bond TRIT Straight Whiskey. Distilled in the spring of 2017, matured in #3 char American oak barrels for 8 years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% Alc/Vol), this whiskey is sure to be your new favorite version of our TRIT Straight Whiskey.
In addition to trying the new whiskey, you can enjoy full size whiskey pours and cocktails.
Farmer’s Plate & Pantry will be serving up summer fare off the grill, so come hungry!
Tour and Tasting Experience - Father’s Day Weekend
Join us for a tour behind the scenes to learn about our grain-to-glass process and how our distiller creates authentic Oregon whiskeys from local grains. During the tour the distiller will take you through a guided tasting of our core whiskeys, a new release and a barrel sample. Tours will be offered at 12pm and 3pm, with limited tour slots available for this rare experience.

Barrelhouse Tasting - What's Triticale?
Join us for a special Barrelhouse Tasting Experience focused on the unique characteristics of Triticale whiskey. Though this grain has been around since the 1800’s, few still know of this unique grain and its ability to create a whiskey that everyone will enjoy from beginner to connoisseur.
Join us as we discuss why we chose to make our TRIT straight whiskey as one of our core whiskey products, and to pioneer a new whiskey grain used only by a handful of distillers in the world. This experience will showcase a sample of our core bottling of TRIT as well as 4 other exclusive whiskeys, consisting of a 2 straight from the barrel, a distillery exclusive and a barrelhouse exclusive TRIT Straight whiskey.

Drink Beyond the Vine Spirits and Beer Festival
Drink beyond the vine and join the best distilleries and breweries in Oregon’s Wine Country for a festival that celebrates the unique differences in whiskey, beer and cider. This is your chance to meet with the passionate individuals from each distillery, brewery and cidery who are diversifying wine country’s offerings.
Your entry fee gives you 1 sample from each of the 6 distilleries 3 breweries and 1 cidery. Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase.
Experience their whiskey, beer or cider, if you like something you taste you may purchase bottles or cans to take home and enjoy again. This year’s festival will be hosted at Chehalem Valley Brewing in Newberg. Chehalem Valley’s kitchen will have special menu items just for festival attendees during the event.
