Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown soft white winter wheat, crystal wheat malt and distillers’ malt.
Distillation - Double pot distilled
Maturation - 5 yrs 9 mo: initially in new charred American oak and finished in a fortified Muscat wine cask from Owen Roe winery.
