Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown triticale, rye malt and distillers’ malt.
Distillation - Double pot distilled
Maturation - 7 ½ years total. 5 years in new charred American oak and 2 1/2 years in the ex-RyePA barrel

Staying true to how we started, we chose grains that are grown in Willamette Valley, Oregon. Triticale is one of those unique grains grown just about 40 miles from the distillery.
