On the nose you’ll find honeyed butter and a hint of cognac, followed on the palate by toasted marshmallow and orange marmalade extending to a finish of toasted oak and black pepper.

Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown soft white winter wheat, crystal malt and distillers’ malt.
Distillation - Double pot distilled
Maturation - 6+ years, spending 3 years in new charred American Oak barrels and 3+ years in an ex-Cognac barrel
