This unique spirit begins its journey with Buck Naked Barley, a special strain developed right here in Oregon at OSU's barley breeding program. We then artfully distill three distinct mashbills, each contributing its own character before being seamlessly blended.
The true magic happens in our Solera cask system, where these blended whiskeys intermingle and evolve, developing unparalleled depth and complexity. The result is a whiskey that's not just a drink, but a continuous story of Oregon innovation, ready to unfold in your glass.

Distillation - Double pot distilled
