This 2025 release whiskey was finished in our TRIT Straight Whiskey barrels, which Foreland Beer had used for a barrel-aged imperial stout.

100% barley: locally grown unmalted, specialty brewer's malts and distiller's malt
Matured 6 years and 11 months: Initially in new charred American oak, then finished in an ex-TRIT barrel used for ForeLand Beer's imperial stout
Dark chocolate fudge, rich caramel with a lingering finish

Proof - 92 proof or 46% ABV
Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown unmalted barley, crystal malts and distiller’s malt.
Distillation - Double pot distilled
Maturation - Matured for a total of 5 years and 7 months: After initially aging in new charred oak barrels, the whiskey was finished in Branch Point TRIT Whiskey barrels which were used by Dirt Road Brewing to age their imperial stout.
