This release takes our TRIT Straight Whiskey and matures it 5 years in American oak and 3 years in a Rhum Agricole barrel.

  • Notes of freshly-cut sugarcane, tropical fruit and tropical spices.

  • Proof - 92 proof or 46% ABV

    Mash - Original mash bill including locally grown triticale, rye malt and distillers’ malt.

    Distillation - Double pot distilled

    Maturation - 5 years in new charred American oak and 3 years in a Rhum Agricole barrel.
